Job Summary

Maintain and grow customer relationships by delivering exceptional after-sales service and sourcing new sales opportunities. Manage order processing and coordination with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery. Advise customers on product selection and develop a sales pipeline to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers by delivering exceptional after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Source new sales opportunities actively to expand the customer base and increase revenue
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits to provide accurate and persuasive customer advice
  • Build relationships with new customers to establish trust and generate sales leads
  • Process customers' purchase orders accurately and liaise with Production and Logistics departments to ensure timely and precise delivery of products
  • Advise customers on suitable product selection based on their specific needs and specifications to optimize customer satisfaction
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline that accurately reflects the status and priority of sales prospects for effective sales forecasting
  • Follow up promptly on sales inquiries received via website chats, emails, and inbound calls to convert leads into sales
  • Coordinate and set up meetings between potential customers and outdoor Sales Executives to facilitate sales closure

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support sales and administrative tasks
  • Knowledge or experience in Interior Design or Carpentry, providing an added advantage for customer advising
  • Proven sales experience demonstrating ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and sales challenges
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills to close deals effectively
  • Effective communication skills to engage customers and internal teams clearly
  • Exceptional customer service skills to enhance customer experience and loyalty
