Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Executive to promote and sell wellness packages at Singapore Cruise Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers and introduce available wellness packages.
  • Understand customers’ preferences and recommend suitable packages.
  • Explain package prices, inclusions, terms and promotions accurately.
  • Handle customer enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Work towards agreed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and assist with sales-related administration.
  • Coordinate with the operations team on customer bookings and service arrangements.

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable approaching customers and conducting face-to-face sales.
  • Customer-focused, responsible and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in sales, retail or customer service would be an advantage.
