1. A Definitive "Hunter" Mentality - Your primary focus is aggressive growth. You must have an insatiable drive for new business acquisition, relentlessly searching for new opportunities, while also strategically maximizing and protecting existing high-value accounts.

2. A Tactical Sales Record of Winning - You have a proven, documented ability to develop and execute high-impact sales strategies. You are adept at securing high-stakes deals, navigating complex decision-making processes, and delivering results that consistently outperform targets.

3. Engineering or Maritime Expertise (Speak the Language) - A Diploma or Degree in Engineering (or a related field), or a Master Mariner / Chief Engineer certification. You understand the fundamental technical challenges and operational workflows of our clients.

4. 5+ Years of Mastery in Marine Sales - Hardcore, high-level experience in B2B technical sales within the maritime or related heavy-industry sectors is a non-negotiable requirement. You know the market dynamics, customer behaviors, and regulatory landscape.

5. An Elite, Active Network - A robust, active professional network of key maritime decision-makers, shipowners, managers, and operational leads. Your network is a powerful asset you can leverage from day one to accelerate pipeline growth.
