About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to grow a portfolio of premium medical aesthetic laser and energy-based devices within the Singapore market.

This is a consultative capital-equipment sales role for someone who understands that successful selling goes beyond product features. You will work closely with doctors, dermatologists, plastic surgeons and clinic owners to understand their clinical and business needs, recommend appropriate technologies, and demonstrate the commercial value of each investment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for medical aesthetic laser and energy-based equipment.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with aesthetic clinics, doctors, dermatologists, plastic surgeons and other healthcare providers.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation and product demonstration through proposal, negotiation and closing.
  • Understand customers’ clinical and commercial needs and recommend suitable technologies and solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, clearly communicating clinical applications, product differentiation and business value.
  • Build long-term relationships with doctors, clinic owners and key decision-makers.
  • Develop existing accounts through additional equipment sales, upgrades and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Work closely with Marketing on lead-generation activities, product launches and market-development initiatives.
  • Represent the business at conferences, trade exhibitions, workshops, seminars and industry events.
  • Monitor competitor activities, technologies, pricing and market developments within the medical aesthetics sector.
  • Coordinate with Technical Support to ensure smooth installation, servicing and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines and customer records, while ensuring consistent post-sales account engagement.

Who Should Apply

  • Proven medical aesthetic, laser, energy-based device or capital medical-equipment sales professionals with strong closing ability.
  • Commercially driven candidates who enjoy developing new accounts and selling consultatively to doctors and clinic owners.
  • Individuals who are technically confident, resilient and comfortable managing a longer sales cycle involving demonstrations, negotiations and multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in medical aesthetic laser, energy-based device or medical-equipment sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore medical aesthetics market is highly preferred.
  • Existing experience engaging aesthetic doctors, dermatologists, plastic surgeons or clinic owners.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and closing capital-equipment sales.
  • Strong prospecting, business-development and pipeline-management capabilities.
  • Ability to understand technical product information and translate it into clinical and commercial value.
  • Strong presentation, product demonstration, negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship and account-management capabilities.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, medical skincare or related healthcare sales would be advantageous.
  • Resourceful, resilient and comfortable managing longer, consultative sales cycles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with Marketing, Technical Support and other internal stakeholders.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?
