The posting

The Aviation Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager APAC will be responsible for driving sales of aircraft parts including (Used Serviceable Material) and MRO services within the assigned region. This role requires a strong understanding of the aviation aftermarket, customer needs, and technical requirements. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and achieve revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute aggressive regional sales strategies to hunt down, pitch, and secure new customers across APAC airlines, MROs, lessors, etc.
  • Actively map competitor accounts, identify regional supply chain gaps, and build a robust new business pipeline from scratch.
  • Represent the company at major aviation trade shows, regional conferences, and industry events to systematically turn handshakes into commercial contracts.
  • Lead complex B2B negotiations to secure favorable pricing, volume-based parts contracts, and long-term service agreements that maximize profitability.
  • Deepen technical relationships with newly acquired accounts, understanding their precise component, repair, and inventory support requirements to propose optimal solutions.
  • Partner closely with internal procurement, logistics, repair management, and customer service teams to guarantee flawless parts delivery, exceptional customer satisfaction, and rapid response times.
  • Provide senior management with accurate pipeline visibility, sales forecasts, and structured market reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related Engineering field.
  • Min. 2–6 years of sales experience in aviation aftermarket (aircraft parts, USM, components, or MRO services).
  • Experience in sales of USMs will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of aircraft components, repair processes, and supply chain in the aviation industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer partnerships.
  • B2B Sales experience is preferred.
  • Established networks with airlines, MROs, and aviation suppliers are highly preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven and aggressive to achieve targets.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region. (70%)
  • This is primarily a Hunting role. (80%)
