Job Summary

Support B2C sales projects and campaigns while managing operational tasks and vendor relationships. Sell coffee products in the Boutique, contributing to sales targets and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate B2C projects, campaigns, operational activities, and internal communications to ensure timely execution and alignment with business goals
  • Support campaign and Club action setup across relevant channels to drive customer engagement
  • Manage user accounts, SKU setup, pricing updates, and access requirements across key business systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
  • Coordinate retail supplies, procurement, vendor relations, uniforms, billing, and administrative tasks to support smooth operations
  • Process Trade and eMarketplace orders and follow up on outstanding payments with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely collections
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and third-party partners, monitoring service and contractual compliance to uphold quality standards
  • Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), system guides, and documentation to enhance operational efficiency
  • Support temporary setups and activations, ensuring operational readiness and smooth execution
  • Sell coffee, machines, and accessories while achieving individual and Boutique sales targets through effective customer engagement
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs to increase sales revenue
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on sales guidance and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
  • Welcome and register new customers, introduce Club services, and support their first purchase to build customer loyalty
  • Maintain accurate customer records and actively manage the customer database to support marketing and sales efforts
  • Process payments and manage the cash till accurately following established procedures to ensure financial accuracy
  • Support the overall smooth operation and service excellence of the Boutique to enhance customer experience
