About the Role

We are expanding our Sales & Marketing team and are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in developing practical skills and building a long-term career.

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will gain hands-on experience through customer engagement, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and team projects. Structured training and mentorship will be provided to help you build confidence and develop the skills needed to progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Participate in promotional activities, events, and on-site campaigns
  • Engage with customers and create positive brand experiences
  • Represent brands professionally during customer-facing activities
  • Communicate campaign information clearly and confidently
  • Work closely with team members to achieve campaign objectives
  • Attend regular training, coaching, and development sessions
  • Learn different customer engagement and marketing techniques
  • Contribute feedback and ideas to improve campaign activities
  • Take on additional responsibilities as your experience develops
