  • Develop proposals, quotations and packages according to customer requirements.
  • Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure corporate and bulk orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and grow existing corporate accounts while developing a pipeline of new customers.
  • Monitor sales performance across different channels and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance updates for management.

E-Commerce & Omni-channel Sales

  • Manage the company's e-commerce website, including product listings, pricing, promotions, product information and general website updates.
  • Shopify experience is advantageous.
  • Manage and maintain the company's presence across online sales and delivery platforms such as Grab, foodpanda, UShop and other relevant marketplaces or sales channels.
  • Ensure product availability, pricing, promotions and information are accurate and consistent across online platforms.
  • Coordinate with outlet and operations teams on daily online order fulfilment and resolve order-related issues where required.
  • Monitor online sales performance and identify opportunities to increase conversion, average order value and overall online revenue.
  • Evaluate and develop new e-commerce, marketplace and omnichannel opportunities.

Sales Operations & Channel Development

  • Work closely with retail outlets, operations and production teams to ensure sales initiatives can be effectively executed.
  • Support the development and launch of new sales channels, pop-ups, partnerships and other commercial opportunities.
  • Analyse sales trends, customer behaviour and channel performance to identify areas for growth.
  • Review the commercial performance and ROI of promotions, partnerships and sales initiatives.
  • Assist management in developing pricing, promotional and channel strategies.

Marketing – Supporting Function

  • Support marketing campaigns that contribute directly to sales, customer acquisition and business development objectives.
  • Coordinate digital, social media, promotional and in-store marketing activities where required.
  • Ensure brand positioning and messaging remain consistent across sales and online channels.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors or agencies on marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer preferences.
  • Support seasonal campaigns, product launches and corporate/festive sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, e-commerce, key account management or related commercial roles, preferably with managerial experience.
  • Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow revenue.
  • Experience managing corporate clients, key accounts, bulk orders or B2B sales is highly advantageous.
  • Experience managing e-commerce websites and online sales channels.
  • Experience with Shopify is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with online ordering, food delivery or marketplace platforms such as Grab, Foodpanda, UShop or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Comfortable being hands-on with daily online order management and coordination.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities.
  • Able to coordinate across sales, operations, production and management teams.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, customers and sales channels simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
