The posting

iChange Pte. Ltd is a Singapore-based fintech company offering a MAS-regulated multi-currency wallet, foreign exchange, card and international remittance services.

Through the iChange app, customers can access competitive foreign exchange rates, manage multiple currencies, make payments globally using the iChange Mastercard, send money overseas and access other cross-border payment services.

As we expand our customer acquisition and partnership activities in Singapore, we are looking for an energetic and commercially driven individual to help grow iChange through strategic partnerships, field activations and targeted marketing initiatives.

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist – Partnerships & Customer Acquisition to support the growth of iChange in Singapore.

This is a hands-on role combining business development, partnerships, field marketing and customer acquisition. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and management team to identify and develop new acquisition channels and execute campaigns that generate measurable customer growth.

A key part of the role will be building relationships with travel agencies, moneychangers, merchants and other relevant distribution partners to promote iChange’s foreign exchange, card and remittance propositions.

The candidate should be comfortable being hands-on. This is not purely a desk-based marketing position. Some activations may take place on weekends, particularly Sundays, depending on the target customer segment and location, with appropriate time-off arrangements.

The role will also work with our digital marketing and creative partners to ensure that online campaigns, partnership activities and physical activations are coordinated effectively.

Key Responsibilities: · Develop partnerships with travel agencies, money changers, merchants and other potential customer-acquisition channels.

· Identify, approach and onboard new distribution and promotional partners.

· Plan and manage roadshows, pop-up booths and other customer-acquisition activities across Singapore.

· Coordinate promoters and other external resources required for field campaigns.

· Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and partner training.

· Develop promotional concepts and campaigns together with internal teams and external marketing agencies.

· Track leads, customers sign-ups, activation rates, campaign costs and conversion performance.

· Identify new locations, communities and customer segments where iChange can acquire customers efficiently.

· Gather market intelligence and competitor insights from the travel, payments, FX and remittance sectors.

· Take ownership of initiatives from planning through execution and post-campaign analysis.

· Maintaining the sales / partnership pipeline in CRM, including follow-ups and conversion tracking.

Job Requirements: · Strong sales, business development and relationship-management skills.

· 3 – 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in fintech, payments, travel, foreign exchange, remittance, cards or consumer financial services.

· Experience developing partnerships with travel agencies, money changers, merchants or retail/distribution networks would be particularly relevant.

· Experience with roadshows, events, field marketing, merchant acquisition or customer activation campaign is preferred.

· Commercially minded and comfortable working towards measurable acquisition and revenue targets.

· Strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to approach and negotiate with external partners.

· Able to independently plan and execute initiatives rather than relying solely on agencies or other internal teams.

· Comfortable working occasionally on weekends for customer activation programmes, with appropriate time off provided.

· Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline is preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
