Company Overview:

A new boutique content production partnership focused on YouTube, short videos and social media is seeking a commercially driven BD / Sales Partner to support business growth in Singapore.

About the Role:

To identify, develop and close commercial opportunities across sponsorship, branded content, advertising, production projects and strategic partnerships.

Building commercial traction for a new content initiative and converting opportunities in a competitive media and digital content market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities with brands, agencies, advertisers and partners.

- Leverage existing Singapore B2B network to open doors and secure meetings.

- Develop and close sponsorship, branded content and production-related deals.

- Support proposal development and partnership packaging.

- Manage client relationships from introduction to closing.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 5+ years’ experience in sales, BD, media, advertising, PR, entertainment, influencer marketing or digital content.

- Strong B2B network in Singapore.

- Proven ability to generate revenue and close deals.

- Understanding of YouTube, short videos, social media and creator economy.

- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-driven.

- Commercially minded, well-connected, proactive, confident in pitching, and comfortable working independently in a flexible, performance-based partnership model.

- Understanding/ Connection of similar industry in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and China a plus.

- Understand Chinese / Cantonese a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

This is not a salaried role. It is a performance-based partnership with no fixed basic salary, offering attractive commission / revenue-share and uncapped earning potential.
