Job Summary

Sin Chew Woodpaq Pte Ltd is a specialist provider of precision equipment rigging, heavy lift, engineered crating, cleanroom equipment relocation and specialized transportation to semiconductor OEMs and fabs. We are looking for a driven Sales Project Executive / Manager to develop new business, manage the full sales cycle, and work closely with our Operations team to deliver projects for clients across Singapore's semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the full sales cycle for precision equipment rigging, heavy lift, engineered crating and cleanroom equipment relocation projects

● Identify and develop new business opportunities among semiconductor OEMs, fabs and main contractors

● Prepare costing, quotations and tender/RFQ submissions

● Conduct site surveys and liaise with clients, subcontractors and the internalOperations team on project execution

● Manage project timelines, budgets and manpower planning together with Operations

● Build and maintain client relationships, and represent the company at client meetings

● Track and report on the sales pipeline and project status to management

Requirements— Must Have

● Diploma/Degree with a minimum of 3–5 years' sales or project experience in logistics, rigging, heavy lift or the semiconductor equipment industry

● Strong costing, negotiation and project coordination skills

● Proficient in MS Office/Excel

● Good written and spoken English, Mandarin; able to communicate with clients and subcontractors at all levels

Requirements— Good to Have

● Existing network within semiconductor OEM procurement or facilities engineering

● Prior experience in semiconductor equipment rigging / tool move-in

● Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and fab facility requirements

● Valid Class 3 driving license
