About the Company & Product

We are a fast-growing technology start-up providing an AI-powered smart ordering and customer service solution for restaurants and F&B businesses.

Customers simply scan a QR code after being seated and interact with an AI-powered restaurant assistant.

The system supports customers throughout their dining experience — from discovering dishes and placing orders to checking order details, communicating special requests, accessing restaurant service information and exploring nearby lifestyle options.

Key Product Functions

  • AI-powered dish recommendations based on customer preferences
  • Digital menus with dish photos, descriptions and detailed information
  • QR code ordering and direct order placement
  • Clear and detailed order information
  • Allergen and dietary information
  • Special requests and dish remarks, including dietary preferences and preparation requests
  • Multilingual AI conversations
  • Customer feedback collection
  • Intelligent recommendations based on customer preferences
  • Information about restaurant services, facilities, promotions and other offerings
  • Recommendations for nearby food, cafés, entertainment, shopping and things to do
  • AI assistance to answer customers’ questions about menu items, restaurant services and nearby lifestyle options

The system does not currently provide payment or checkout functions. Its ordering function focuses on helping customers place orders and providing clear information about their selected items and orders.

More than just a digital ordering system, the solution acts as an AI-powered restaurant and lifestyle assistant, helping restaurants improve service efficiency, reduce repetitive manpower requirements, overcome language barriers and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you will play a hands-on role in developing the Singapore market and acquiring new restaurant and F&B clients.

  • Develop new restaurant, café and F&B clients across Singapore
  • Proactively approach restaurant owners, managers and key decision-makers
  • Introduce and promote the company’s AI restaurant solution
  • Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations
  • Explain the system’s features, benefits and business value clearly to potential clients
  • Understand customers’ operational needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting and presentation to negotiation and closing
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain good long-term relationships with restaurant clients
  • Identify new business opportunities within the F&B industry
  • Collect customer and market feedback to support product improvement
  • Maintain proper records of leads, customer follow-ups and sales progress

Requirement

  • Experience in Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development or Account Management preferred
  • Experience in F&B technology, SaaS, AI solutions, POS systems, restaurant services or related industries will be an advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in approaching restaurant owners and business decision-makers
  • Good negotiation and closing ability
  • Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented
  • Able to work independently without close supervision
  • Comfortable visiting restaurants and meeting clients across Singapore
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Interest in AI, technology and innovative business solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to grow together with the company

Working Arrangement

This is a 5-day work week with a flexible and results-oriented working arrangement.

There is no requirement to work permanently from the office. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while visiting restaurants, meeting potential clients, conducting product demonstrations and following up with customers across Singapore.

Performance and results are more important than simply being present in an office.
