Join Our Team

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our growing seafood business. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy building strong customer relationships, and have an interest in the seafood and food distribution industry, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the daily activities of the sales team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
  • Monitor daily sales performance, customer orders, pricing, and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Monitor seafood inventory, product availability, and customer demand to support effective sales planning.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, sales reports, and market updates for management.
  • Ensure sales prices, promotions, and customer quotations are aligned with company policies and profit objectives.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure sales activities comply with company policies, food safety requirements, and relevant seafood handling regulations.
  • Work closely with management to develop sales strategies, promotions, and plans for increasing revenue.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the seafood or food-service industry.
  • Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of seafood products, pricing, market trends, and customer requirements will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skill.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple customers and priorities effectively.
  • Must be responsible, proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
