Designation : Salesforce Technical Lead

Experience : 8+ years

Role & Responsibilities

● Own the technical architecture for the CRM 2.0 solution on Salesforce Government Cloud, Singapore, including the integration design for internal systems, the agency data exchange gateway, and external government agency systems

● Lead effort estimation, costing, and implementation timeline development to support the client's ballpark and subsequent BQ submission

● Design and help build a solution demo highlighting AI features (summarization, triage, draft replies, WhatsApp intake) aligned to the client's requirements document

● Translate client requirements (dashboards, SLA tracking, email handling, UI/UX asks) into Salesforce configuration/development specs

● Ensure the solution design satisfies IM8 compliance, Singapore data residency, and approved-LLM constraints

● Act as the primary technical point of contact for DXC stakeholders (Jia, Abhimanyu Jadhav) on architecture and delivery matters

● Collaborate with Cloud Analogy's presales/BD and delivery teams to align scope ahead of the formal quote

Required Skills & Experience

● Proven hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Service Cloud / AgentForce / CloudForce solutions, ideally in a case/complaint management context

● Specific prior experience running Salesforce CRM on a Government Cloud (Singapore Government Cloud strongly preferred, given its governance differs from standard commercial cloud) — this is a hard client requirement

● Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs, MQ, and sFTP

● Familiarity with AI/LLM-enabled CRM features (summarization, triage, response drafting) and awareness of IM8 or comparable public-sector AI governance frameworks

● Strong solution architecture and effort-estimation/costing skills

● Experience with dashboarding/reporting (SLA tracking, productivity dashboards) and email-integrated CRM workflows

● Comfortable working directly with client stakeholders in a discovery/pre-sales capacity

Eligibility — Hard Requirement

Nice to Have

● Prior public-sector or government CRM delivery experience

● Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API integrations

● Experience with Salesforce AI product suite specifically (Agentforce/Einstein)
