The posting

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Implementation / IS Consultant to support an HR technology transformation project involving the consolidation of SAP SuccessFactors environments across Singapore and Thailand into a single instance.

The successful candidate will work closely with implementation vendors and internal stakeholders to review solution design, testing, data migration, cutover activities and project progress, while ensuring that project deliverables meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the consolidation of SAP SuccessFactors environments across Singapore and Thailand.
  • Review and validate vendor deliverables throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Review functional and technical design documentation and provide feedback to ensure alignment with requirements.
  • Review unit test methodologies and test scripts.
  • Review system and integration test scenarios and scripts.
  • Participate in and support IT testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Review data migration designs, cutover plans and related task lists.
  • Support and oversee data migration and cutover execution.
  • Participate in change management, communication and training activities.
  • Monitor vendor progress against project plans, milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify project issues, coordinate resolution and drive issues to closure.
  • Facilitate discussions between business, technical and vendor teams.
  • Maintain project documentation and provide implementation status updates.
  • Support other project activities required to successfully deliver the SuccessFactors implementation.

Key Requirements

  • Relevant degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, HRIS implementation or enterprise HR technology projects.
  • Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Understanding of HR business processes and operations.
  • Experience working through structured implementation phases, including:Functional / Technical DesignBuild and Unit TestingSystem / Integration TestingUser Acceptance TestingData MigrationCutover
  • Experience reviewing vendor deliverables and managing implementation partners.
  • Strong documentation, facilitation, analytical and logical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive issue resolution.
  • Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Understanding of project management methodologies and implementation approaches.
  • Experience with HR transformation or HRIS consolidation projects.

  • Knowledge of Singapore HR regulations and employment-related requirements will be an advantage.
  • Experience working across Singapore and Thailand HR environments will be an advantage.
