KOMO Scalp & Hair Wellness is a Singapore-based scalp and hair wellness brand dedicated to providing personalized scalp care solutions and professional treatments in a comfortable and relaxing environment. We focus on quality service, customer experience and long-term scalp and hair wellness.​

As we continue to grow, we are now hiring passionate and service-oriented individuals to join our expanding team. Scalp & Hair Consultant​

Key Responsibilities:​

• Conduct professional scalp and hair consultations​

• Understand customers’ concerns and recommend suitable treatments and products​

• Introduce treatment packages and support sales conversion​

• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on treatment progress​

• Manage appointments and ensure a smooth customer experience​

• Work closely with therapists and the store team to achieve outlet targets​

Requirements:​

• Experience in beauty, wellness, hair, scalp care or retail sales preferred​

• Strong communication and customer service skills​

• Confident in consultation and sales​

• Service-oriented, positive and well-groomed​

• Able to work retail shifts, weekends and Public Holidays​

• Training will be provided for suitable candidates​
