🕐 Working Hours

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break
  • Weekends & Public Holidays: No service required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

🎯 Job Summary

CHIJ St. Nicholas Girls’ School (Primary) is seeking three School Operations Support Assistants to support daily school operations, inspect school facilities, coordinate maintenance activities, assist with event logistics and perform traffic warden duties.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with opening and closing classrooms and learning resource rooms.
  • Inspect teaching and learning facilities, including toilets.
  • Check equipment and fixtures, identify defects and report items requiring repair or maintenance.
  • Accompany MOE term contractors, including pest control personnel, electricians and plumbers, during mosquito-breeding inspections and maintenance or repair works.
  • Provide feedback on the quality of work performed by contract cleaners and maintenance personnel.
  • Assist with logistics and setup for school events and functions.
  • Perform traffic warden duties to support school traffic safety.
  • Carry out other related operational duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Physically strong and healthy.
  • No prior experience required.
  • On-the-job training (OJT) will be provided.
