Working Hours
- Mon–Fri: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Key Roles
- Provide withdrawal support (specialized remediation, IEP implementation) and in-class support for SEN students (prompting, calming, visual aids, communication help).
- Consult and provide feedback to teachers/parents on student needs and progress.
- Set up and maintain special needs-friendly environments and resources (e.g., visual prompts, differentiated worksheets).
- Provide skills training (organizational, anger management, handwriting) and peer support (circles of friends).
- Collaborate with external professionals/special schools and contribute to case conferences.
- Maintain records, conduct pre-orientation for ASD students, and use progress monitoring tools.
Requirements
- Preferably Diploma in Special Education or equivalent.
- 3 years of similar working experience
- 3 years of experience conducting structured dyslexia intervention programmes or similar.
