The posting

Are you an Ex-MOE teacher or a Private tutor? Can you teach Science for Primary levels and Sec 1 - 2? Then you may be interested in joining our fast-growing team!

[For Teachers]

  • You have the passion to teach but the admin workload, countless meetings, CCAs and markings are exhausting... You often reach home completely drained... You barely have the time or energy for your loved ones or even to pursue your hobbies.
  • Your promotion or bonus is dictated by your performance report - written by the HOD. It feels like your future is in someone else's hands...

[For Tutors]

  • You don't enjoy the long travelling time from house to house, not to mention squeezing with others in peak hour traffic… After all, your time can be better spent teaching in one place, with everything you need on hand.
  • You find that your income vanishes once your students finish their end-of-year exams. At the end of every year, you worry about where your next source of income will be, or if you will even be able to earn the same amount.
  • You feel like you have gone solo for too long, and miss working with a team of talented, driven members…

[Ex-teachers]

  • You wish to take up teaching again... but this time without the endless unnecessary admin work.
  • You want work-life balance. Your family is your priority, but you also want to nurture young minds again.

If the above describes how you feel...

Consider joining our team of 20+ staff at Grade Solution Learning Centre.

We are a fast-growing company that needs more talented individuals to serve our students!

However, we are not just any run-of-the-mill tuition centre…

We are opening a brand new physical centre at Marine Parade, fully equipped and ready for you to focus on what you do best - teaching. No hunting for venues, no managing your own students, no chasing payments.

Or if you prefer to work from home and teach online, you can apply too.

Furthermore, we are in the midst of building an AI-Learning platform that can… · Pinpoint students' learning gaps · Correct their misconceptions immediately, and · Reinforce learning in a personalised way.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU · No more worrying about where to find students · Profit-sharing for full-timers. (Yes, you will get a % of the revenue of the total student fees in your classes!) · All materials and training provided - you won't be starting from scratch · Opportunities for personal growth through new skill acquisition (e.g. Webinar presentation, curriculum writing, social media content creation, and more!)

However, we are EXTREMELY SELECTIVE in allowing anyone to join our team.

We are only looking for people with stamina and determination for hard work.

We are only looking for thick-skinned individuals with a growth mindset.

We are only looking for people who are excited about using Edtech/AI/Machine Learning to improve the student learning experience.

Only candidates who meet the minimum requirements below can apply:

  • At least 2 years of teaching / tutoring experience in the relevant subject
  • Can teach both Primary and Secondary 1 and 2
  • Dependable, reliable & responsible
  • Can be FIRM but NURTURING at the same time
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Familiar with Singapore syllabus

If you have what it takes and wish to apply...

Send us your resume and cover letter!

In your cover letter, indicate the subject(s) that you wish to teach and why you wish to join us.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
