We are looking for Security Supervisor to join our team!

Job Summary

As a Security Supervisor, you will support the Security Manager in managing 24/7 security and fire-safety operations,supervise security officers, and ensure the safety and protection of guests,attractions, and property.

As the Security Supervisor, we rely on you to:

  • Assist the Security Manager in overseeing round-the-clock security and fire-safety operations to maintain a safe environment
  • Supervise in-house/ outsourced security officers to ensure adherence to security protocols and effective team performance
  • Implement and maintain adequate security measures to protect attractions and guest properties from loss, damage, and accidents
  • Monitor and safeguard guests by proactively identifying and mitigating security risks
  • Respond to and manage security incidents professionally and promptly to minimize impact
  • Prepare clear and accurate incident and security reports to support operational review and compliance
  • Work closely with Maintenance in ensuring the facilities management are well maintained

We are looking for someone who:

  • Experience working in the Attractions industry to understand specific security challenges and guest expectations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to manage multiple security tasks and documentation
  • Professional discretion in handling sensitive information with integrity and ethical standards
  • Problem-solving mindset with a positive, can-do attitude to address security challenges proactively
