The posting

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Account Manager to grow our affiliate marketing partnerships, manage key accounts, increase revenue, and oversee the successful delivery of campaigns across multiple channels and markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Manage and strengthen relationships with affiliates, advertisers, and partners, acting as their primary contact and providing strategic guidance.
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop, launch, and optimize affiliate campaigns; negotiate terms and identify new opportunities to expand reach and performance.
  • Performance Oversight: Own revenue targets, track KPIs, analyse data, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Grow partnerships through upselling, cross-selling, and new initiatives while monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Leadership: Mentor junior team members, share best practices, and support process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of expertise in affiliate and digital marketing, with demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms and reporting tools preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with major affiliate networks.
  • Background in e-commerce, retail, travel, finance, or technology industries.
  • Knowledge of digital channels (search, social, influencer, display).
  • Strong data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Regional/multi-marketexperience is a plus.
