Job Description & Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance (including chemical overhauls), troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning systems.
  • Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems.
  • Follow maintenance work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and compliance with requirements.
  • Prepare daily maintenance service reports.
  • Handle additions, alterations, installations, and replacements of air conditioning systems.
  • Perform testing and commissioning of air conditioning systems.
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
  • Conduct training or mentoring for junior technicians.
