Job Summary

As a Senior Architectural Coordinator, you will lead architectural supervision and coordination on major HDB projects, ensuring smooth project execution through effective stakeholder collaboration and rigorous control of specifications, costs, and schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise architectural works on site to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and clients to align project objectives and resolve issues promptly
  • Review project specifications, construction drawings, and technical clarifications to support accurate execution
  • Manage cost control, work scheduling, material requisitions, and project documentation to maintain project timelines and budgets
  • Liaise with Site Engineers, Consultants, Architects, and Suppliers to facilitate seamless communication and coordination
  • Coordinate site activities and prepare daily progress reports to monitor contractor performance and project status
  • Supervise a team of contractors across all phases of the architectural process to ensure consistent delivery and quality

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture or relevant qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural planning, detailing, and site supervision
  • Knowledge of local building regulations and by-laws
  • Experience in preparing architectural details and coordinating project activities
  • Flexibility to work extended or variable hours as project demands require

  • Strong project management skills demonstrated through successful delivery of architectural projects
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders
  • High self-motivation, professionalism, and integrity in managing responsibilities
