The posting

Key responsibilities:

  • Set up and track KPI for CS team, monthly and quarterly review of overall and individual performances, productivity
  • Release job orders to respective CS personnel
  • Monitor the team performance
  • Generate weekly & monthly inventory reports to accounts for billing
  • Generate customized inventory reports to customers
  • Establish stocktake schedule for customers
  • Settle stock discrepancies
  • Coordinate with warehouse on customer complaints with regard to stock issues
  • Create all customers' manual folder, and upkeep of all customers' requirements, quoted services details
  • Must be able to commit to rotational Saturdays
  • Compute shipment billing charges (documentation, handling, storage, VAS) by applying correct quantity × rate calculations per service type
  • Apply differentiated and tiered rates (e.g. by container size, storage type, SKU volume) accurately
  • Cross-check computed charges against quoted customer service requirements before invoicing
  • Prepare itemized billing breakdowns for accounts and customers
  • Establish and maintain stocktake/cycle count schedules per customer
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies arising from stocktakes

Skills & Competencies:

  • Degree/Diploma in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in logistics
  • 3PL experience is an advantage
  • Good people management and leadership skill
  • Stakeholders management skills
  • Highly motivated and committed to support company's transformational journey
