ABOUT THE ROLE

Elitez is a multi-service group spanning FMCG field marketing & brand activation, events, staffing & recruitment, security services and corporate training. We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to grow our FMCG and Events businesses - and to open doors across the wider group's full range of services.

This is a full-cycle business development role, not a pure sales seat. You will hunt for new business, craft the proposal, win the deal, and then see the project through delivery hand-in-hand with our operations teams. You are as comfortable writing a winning pitch as you are coordinating manpower on the ground.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Drive revenue growth across Elitez's services - leading with FMCG brand activation and Events, and cross-selling staffing, security, training and other group capabilities.

- Identify, prospect and qualify new business through networking, referrals, inbound enquiries and tenders.

- Develop tailored proposals, quotations and pitch decks that directly address each client's brief and budget.

- Own deals end-to-end - from first meeting and costing to negotiation and signed agreement.

- Project-manage delivery: translate the won brief into a workable execution plan and see it through to completion.

- Partner closely with Operations to scope, plan and deliver manpower-driven projects such as promoter deployment, event crew and on-ground activations.

- Coordinate across operations, finance and marketing to ensure smooth execution and a strong client experience.

- Manage and grow existing accounts - driving retention, upsell and repeat business.

- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast, and deliver against agreed revenue targets.

- Represent Elitez professionally at client meetings, industry events and trade shows.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Several years of experience in business development, sales or account management, ideally within services, manpower, FMCG, events or agency environments.

- Proven track record of closing B2B deals AND managing projects through to delivery.

- Strong proposal-writing, costing and presentation skills.

- Confident coordinating with operations teams to deliver manpower and project-based work.

- Highly organised and self-driven, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills in English; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage, given our diverse client base.

- Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
