Job Description – Senior Oracle HCM Consultant

We specialize in delivering end-to-end HR technology solutions with a strong focus on Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM and HR digital transformation.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Consultant to support and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. This role focuses on hands-on configuration, testing, documentation, and supporting project delivery across assigned Oracle HCM modules.

Experience

  • 6–10 years of overall HCM / ERP experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Experience working on multiple Oracle HCM implementation or support engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business requirements.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration discussions.
  • Support testing cycles including SIT and UAT.
  • Assist with data validation, data migration, and integrations.
  • Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user guides.
  • Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues.
  • Collaborate closely with Lead Consultants and cross-functional project teams.

Oracle HCM Module Exposure

The two Senior roles will collectively support the following modules:

  • Core HR
  • Absence Management
  • Payroll Support
  • Time & Labor
  • Talent Management
  • Compensation
  • Reporting and Analytics

Required Skills

  • Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to integrations and reporting tools.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple Oracle HCM modules.
