JOB TYPE

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments.
  • You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling.
  • You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing strong influencing and advisory skills.
  • You will take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
  • Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
  • Provide advanced guidance to project teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and delivery excellence.
  • Shape delivery approaches and outcomes by anticipating challenges and implementing proactive solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders across functions to influence decisions and elevate service quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Champion collaboration across teams to foster innovation and achieve shared goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ideal candidate should have 10+ years of Trade Finance delivery experience
  • Strong end-to-end delivery and implementation background.
  • Expert proficiency in Account Delivery Management is required.
  • Expert proficiency in Estimation and Planning is recommended.
  • Expert proficiency in Business Operation Management and Work Management is suggested.
