11. Familiarity with applicable international product safety, grid-connection, and reliability standards. Experience in new-product development, mass-production iteration, and technical system development.

12. Strong strategic planning, program management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Able to use English to lead international technical collaboration, chair technical meetings, and review technical materials.

13. End-to-end research and development management experience covering concept design, prototype validation, certification, production introduction, and field iteration.

14. Ability to identify critical risks, set priorities across concurrent multidisciplinary programs, and drive timely decisions by management and project teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
