About the Role

Lead energy storage business strategy, global product portfolio direction, and commercialization. Guide product management, go-to-market, and solutions teams, translate market insights into business plans, and drive revenue, gross margin, and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contribute to corporate long-term strategy and lead three-to-five-year energy storage strategy and annual strategic and business planning, recommending market coverage, product direction, and resource investment.

5. Build insight processes covering markets, customers, competitors, policy, and technology, and use evidence to inform strategy, product planning, and go-to-market decisions.

6. Agree priorities for key product and market initiatives with engineering, sales, supply chain, and regional teams, coordinate resources, and manage execution risks.

7. Lead product management, go-to-market, and solutions teams, including organization design, talent development, performance management, and regional collaboration.

8. Within the agreed scope of authority, take accountability for revenue, gross margin, market share, new product success, and customer satisfaction metrics, and develop business analysis and improvement plans.

11. At least 5 years leading large teams or a corporate-level department, with demonstrated corporate or business-unit strategic planning, business planning, and operational management experience.

12. Deep understanding of energy storage products and system architecture, with demonstrated outcomes in major product definition, global launches, market entry, or business growth at scale.

13. Ability to develop and review business assumptions, investment priorities, revenue and gross margin targets, and drive decisions and execution across functions.

14. Organization leadership, talent development, and regional collaboration skills, including management of responsibilities and delivery interfaces across product, marketing, and technical teams.

15. Ability to chair global business meetings, write strategic and business plans, and communicate with international teams and customers in English.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
