About the role

Lead LANEIGE’s TikTok Shop as the primary brand owner, overseeing BAU operations, Mega Campaigns, product launches, livestreams, and promotional activities. Drive TikTok video, livestream, affiliate, and paid media initiatives to achieve GMV, Net Sales, and profitability targets. Monitor key performance metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement timely recovery actions to maximise overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

1. TikTok Business, Campaign & Performance Management

  • Lead LANEIGE TikTok Shop as the primary brand owner.
  • Plan and execute BAU, Mega Campaigns, product launches, livestreams, and promotional activities.
  • Drive TikTok video, livestream, affiliate, and paid-media initiatives to achieve GMV, Net Sales, and profitability targets.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and take timely recovery actions when performance is below target.
  • Identify and scale high-performing content, creators, livestream formats, and sales mechanics.

2. Cross-Brand Leadership & Junior Team Development

  • Provide strategic guidance to junior team members managing other brands on TikTok.
  • Review brand-level campaigns, livestream plans, creator activities, and business performance.
  • Share best practices and scale successful initiatives across brands.
  • Coach junior members and support key issues or escalations.

3. Affiliate & Creator Ecosystem Management

  • Develop and manage TikTok affiliates, creators, streamers, MCNs, and agency partnerships.
  • Recruit and grow high-potential affiliates and creators across different tiers.
  • Manage creator briefs, product seeding, scheduling, authorization, and performance.
  • Build longer-term partnerships with high-performing affiliates and creators.

4. Telegram Affiliate Community Management

  • Own and continuously grow the company’s Telegram Affiliate Community as a strategic internal affiliate and seeding asset.
  • Recruit and retain active affiliates while expanding the community across brands.
  • Plan regular activations, challenges, incentives, exclusive offers, product seeding, and community events to maintain affiliate interest and engagement.
  • Use the community to support new launches, campaigns, livestreams, and short-form video generation.
  • Identify high-potential affiliates within the community and develop them into stronger long-term brand partners.
  • Continuously improve community activity, content output, and sales contribution.

5. Shopee Content Commerce Collaboration

  • Maintain TikTok as the primary focus, while supporting Shopee Live and Shopee Video as secondary Content Commerce channels.
  • Work closely with Shopee and brand managers to develop livestream, video, and creator opportunities.
  • Apply relevant TikTok best practices and successful content formats to Shopee.
  • Ensure cross-platform activities are aligned with overall brand and campaign priorities.

6. Platform & Partner Management

  • Work closely with TikTok KAMs to secure campaign, visibility, traffic, and platform opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with MCNs, livestream agencies, creators, and other external partners.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of Content Commerce initiatives.
  • Identify new TikTok and Content Commerce opportunities and recommend scalable initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing or other related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce management
  • Experience in managing e-marketplaces, especially Tiktok, is highly preferred
  • Experience/strong understanding of beauty industry would be ideal
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
