In 2024, we embarked on an exciting journey, collaborating with research institutions and institutes of higher learning to develop groundbreaking solutions. Through these partnerships, we are tackling the critical challenges of sustainability and productivity with innovative tech solutions.

Your Role

As an Senior Executive, Business Development, you will work closely with our founder, Lip Teng, who brings extensive experience in sustainability, waste management, environmental health & safety, and technology. You will support him in sustainability consultancy projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a diverse network of external suppliers, partners, and clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new/repeat clients and grow sales channels for our sustainability waste audit and proprietary waste tracking solutions.
  • Long-term relationship management and networking: Develop repeat business, cross-selling opportunities and long-term client relationships through industry networking and connections.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Conduct discovery meetings, site assessments, client presentations, offering professional advice and recommendations to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce carbon footprints.
  • Presentation & Insights: Create compelling presentation slides, insights, and dashboards, or collaborate with external partners to develop these for our clients.
  • R&D Participation: Engage in research and development of new waste technologies, manage projects, and pilot launches with clients and research institutes.
  • Project Operations: Deliver, set up and collect weighing, monitoring and data-capture equipment for clients in coordination with colleagues.
  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks related to the above responsibilities, including meeting coordination, PO and invoicing, and inventory management.

What we are looking for

  • Diploma, Higher Nitec or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, Engineering, Facilities Management, Logistics or a related discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, customer service, operations or project coordination is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and initiative may also be considered.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in developing data-driven insights and presentations.
  • Passionate about sustainability with a deep commitment to driving positive environmental impact.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, or equivalent tools.
  • Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license. Comfortable driving to client and project sites across Singapore.
