Job Summary

Support the company in developing and monitoring product standards and operational processes with supplying farms to ensure compliance and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Draft product specifications and standards to support quality assurance
  • Develop standards certification processes to ensure consistent compliance
  • Monitor adherence to product standards and specifications among supplying farms and manufacturers
  • Create operational processes for supplying farms and companies to enhance efficiency
  • Conduct compliance monitoring of farms and manufacturers to uphold quality standards
  • Prepare routine reports for management on product standards and process compliance
  • Perform operational audits and site visits to supplying farms and companies to verify adherence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Qualifications in Quality Management, Food Technology, or Food Manufacturing
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
  • Fluency in Chinese to facilitate communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with self-motivation and ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
  • Interest or knowledge in the agricultural and food-related industry
  • Diploma or degree graduates are welcome to apply
