Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for project delivery and facilities management? Join us as a Projects & Facilities Senior Executive at Interlocal Centre, a premier 8-storey industrial facility spanning over 340,000 square feet, located in Pasir Panjang. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a reputable organization managed by a subsidiary of Kong Siang Group.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate renovation, A&A, upgrading, and fit-out projects from planning to completion.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and site progress.
  • Oversee daily facilities operations, preventive maintenance, and corrective works.
  • Manage building services including ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, lifts, and other M&E systems.
  • Supervise contractors and vendors, evaluate quotations, and verify completed works.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, fire safety, and WSH requirements.
  • Liaise with tenants on maintenance issues, fit-out works, and service requests.
  • Maintain project documentation, maintenance records, budgets, and operational reports.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related disciplines.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, property management, or project coordination.
  • Knowledge of building services and M&E systems.
  • Strong project coordination, contractor management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • This role is to be based in Pasir Panjang.
  • 5.5 day work week, with alternate half day on Saturdays.
