About Us

We are a tuition and education centre located near Lakeside, Singapore, specialising in AEIS preparation, international school academic support, and entrance examination preparation for leading international schools in Singapore.

Our students range from primary school to secondary school and IBDP level. We provide both long-term academic English programmes and targeted preparation courses designed around students' individual schools, academic levels, and admission goals.

We are currently looking for an experienced English Teacher who is confident in teaching students across different year groups and, importantly, is capable of developing high-quality teaching and examination preparation materials independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach English to students from Primary School to IBDP level
  • Conduct AEIS / S-AEIS preparation courses and help students develop the English skills required for admission to Singapore mainstream schools.
  • Provide English academic support for students studying in international schools, based on their school curriculum, current academic level, and learning objectives.
  • Prepare students for entrance examinations and admission assessments for leading international schools in Singapore.
  • Research and understand the admission requirements, assessment formats, question types, and English proficiency expectations of different international schools.
  • Develop targeted preparation programmes and practice materials according to the requirements of specific schools and assessments.
  • Create and develop original teaching materials based on existing textbooks, reference materials, past assessments, and curriculum frameworks.
  • Regularly review and improve teaching materials based on student performance, examination requirements, and curriculum changes.
  • Work closely with the academic team on curriculum development, teaching methodology, assessment design, and programme improvement.

Assessment & Examination Knowledge

Candidates should be familiar with, or have teaching experience related to, several of the following examinations and assessment systems:

  • AEIS / S-AEIS
  • Cambridge English A2 Key (KET)
  • Cambridge English B1 Preliminary (PET)
  • WIDA
  • TrackTest
  • CAT4
  • International school English entrance examinations
  • International school reading and writing assessments
  • English proficiency assessments for primary and secondary students

Candidates who are familiar with the admission processes and assessment requirements of leading international schools in Singapore will be strongly preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above from a Top university
  • Degree in English or a related field preferred; candidates from other disciplines may be considered if they have strong academic credentials and relevant teaching experience
  • Able to teach K12 English across Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing
  • Familiar with international school admission test preparation, including but not limited to TrackTest / CAT4, as well as admissions preparation for Dulwich College and other international schools
  • Strong classroom management and parent communication skills
  • Required to provide post-lesson feedback after each class
  • Able to handle scheduled parent consultations and provide learning progress/planning support during working hours
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
