About Us

Mind Stretcher is one of the leading private education providers in Singapore, with over 30 centres islandwide. We’re on a mission to shape what education should look like in the 21st century, to discover every child’s potential, empower them with the right mindsets and skillsets, and elevate them to their unique successes. There’s so much to be done with our exciting growth plans! We’re on the hunt for like-minded individuals who are wildly passionate about making an impact, and be part of a dynamic and lean team!

Role Overview

Every Mind Stretcher programme needs a campaign behind it, from the letters that go home to the messages parents receive and the pages they land on. We are looking for one person to own that work end to end, planning a campaign, writing it, building the assets and coordinating the rollout across every channel. You will work in a small, fast-moving team where strong craft comes first and AI is used to amplify it. You will grow quickly here, starting with close guidance and soon running whole campaigns of your own, getting sharp with AI as a daily tool and building range across writing, design and data as you go.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns from start to finish across our channels, from email and messaging broadcasts to in-app, website, printed classroom materials and internal briefings, keeping each launch on schedule and joined up.
  • Write clear, effective copy for each channel in the Mind Stretcher voice, tailored to the right audience, whether that is an existing family or a parent hearing about us for the first time.
  • Build and ship the assets a campaign needs, from landing pages and email creatives to social and print-ready graphics, with an eye for design and detail throughout.
  • Keep campaigns organised and measurable by maintaining recipient lists, tracking links, comms plans and timelines so nothing slips and we can see what worked.
  • Coordinate rollouts with our centre, enrolment and teaching teams, keeping the message consistent across every touchpoint parents encounter.

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent written English and strong editorial judgment. You write clearly, catch the awkward phrasing and know when copy is doing its job.
  • A genuine eye for design. You may not be a full-time designer, but you can tell good layout and visuals from bad, and you care about how the work looks.
  • Enthusiasm for AI tools and a fast learner. You have worked with AI tools before, you enjoy picking up new skills quickly, and you are open to changing how you work as better ways emerge. We will teach you our tools; you bring the curiosity and pace.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous. Our campaigns have many moving parts, and consistency across all of them is what makes them feel considered rather than rushed.
  • An ownership mindset. You take a task and run with it, and you would rather be trusted with the whole campaign than handed one piece at a time.
  • A solid grounding in the Singapore education system. Having been through it yourself, you understand the pressures parents and students feel and the milestones that matter to them.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications or a related field, ideally including hands-on campaign work across more than one channel.
  • Proficient with everyday work tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva and Google Drive.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Nice to have (we’ll train you)

  • Basic comfort with HTML and CSS, or a willingness to get there.
  • Experience with paid social or other advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM, email or messaging-broadcast tools.
  • Previous marketing experience in the education sector or at an agency.
  • Hands-on experience using AI to help create content or images.

How we work

We are a small team that moves quickly, works to a clear brand voice and gives real ownership. You will report to our marketing lead, be trusted with whole campaigns and supported closely as you get up to speed. If you enjoy building things end to end and want to work at the frontier of how AI can amplify a small marketing team, you will feel at home here.

Why this role is worth it

You will learn to run campaigns with AI in ways that very few marketers can yet, a skillset that is still rare and that compounds over the course of a career. You will be mentored closely at the start and given more room to run as you find your feet, so you grow into real ownership rather than being thrown in alone. Because you handle the whole campaign rather than one slice of it, you build range quickly across writing, design, data and coordination. And the work reaches families right across Singapore, so what you make is seen and felt, not filed away.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
