Project Execution and Time-to-Market

  • Execute prototype and sample-sourcing activities.
  • Monitor tooling fabrication, validation and supplier readiness.
  • Coordinate early-buy activities for long-lead-time components to support project timelines.
  • Escalate procurement risks that may affect cost, quality or delivery schedules.

Supply Chain Setup and Local Sourcing

  • Support the establishment and scalability of supply chains for new products.
  • Execute local and regional sourcing activities aligned with the manufacturing footprint.
  • Support sub-tier supplier visibility and logistics arrangements where required.
  • Assist in ensuring supply continuity and production readiness.

Supplier Management, Systems and Handover

  • Execute sourcing activities, including Requests for Quotation (RFQs), commercial evaluations, negotiations and contract implementation.
  • Maintain accurate and complete procurement information in ERP and sourcing systems.
  • Monitor supplier deliverables and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Support a smooth transition from NPI to serial production and operational procurement teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
