Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of complex digital products and user journeys. You will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, scalable, and user-focused digital experiences.

Mandatory Skill-set

  • Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related discipline;
  • Must have 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Design / UI/UX / Interaction Design;
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience;
  • Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools;
  • Hands-on experience in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and UI design;
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design, usability, accessibility, and responsive design;
  • Experience working in Agile environments with Product, BA, and Engineering teams;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skill-set

  • Familiarity with React, Tailwind CSS, or other front-end technologies;
  • Experience with design systems, reusable components, and UX/UI standards;
  • Experience mentoring junior designers;
  • Experience designing complex digital products, enterprise systems, or operational workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design, from user research and journey mapping to prototyping, UI design, testing, and implementation.
  • Translate business goals and user needs into simple, intuitive, and scalable product experiences.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction designs, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, and use insights to improve product experiences.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UX/UI standards.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, BAs, engineers, and stakeholders to shape product requirements and solutions.
  • Facilitate design workshops, ideation sessions, and user journey mapping activities.
  • Support Agile delivery through design reviews, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and implementation discussions.
  • Work with engineers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and review the final product for quality and usability.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design practices and standards.
