We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Program Specialist, Contingent Workforce to support the delivery and continuous improvement of workforce programs across multiple markets in a Hypergrowth Tech MNC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, working with diverse stakeholders, leveraging technology to improve processes, and driving program excellence in a fast-paced regional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise internal stakeholders on extended workforce policies, processes, and operational matters.
- Independently investigate and resolve complex operational issues, escalating when appropriate.
- Partner with managed service providers and suppliers to improve service quality, compliance, and operational outcomes.
- Manage program administration, governance controls, due diligence activities, and documentation.
- Develop clear and effective communications for stakeholders, service providers, and suppliers.
- Support regional projects, process improvements, audits, workforce transitions, and technology implementations.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports on workforce performance, compliance, risks, and program effectiveness.
- Leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall ways of working.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in contingent workforce management, HR operations, vendor management, program operations, or a related field.
- Experience supporting transformation initiatives, process improvement, or change management programs.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with experience advising business leaders on operational matters.
- Experience working with managed service providers (MSPs), staffing suppliers, vendor management systems (VMS), or HR systems.
- Strong program coordination capabilities, including ownership of timelines, documentation, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Experience supporting regional or multi-country workforce programs, including supplier governance, compliance, and due diligence activities.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation solutions, or emerging technologies that enhance operational effectiveness.
