Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Executive to join our team and oversee the smooth execution and timely completion of our projects. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, contractors,subcontractors, clients and building management to ensure projects are delivered according to requirements, timelines and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the progress of projects to ensure timely delivery and completion by site teams and contractors.
  • Coordinate and follow up closely with contractors, subcontractors, site teams and building management.
  • Identify project issues and recommend practical solutions and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate closely with the in-house Design, Quantity Surveying (QS) and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in the preparation and tendering of new consultancy projects.
  • Ensure all site works and personnel comply with relevant workplace safety requirements and regulations.
  • Monitor project quality, progress and site activities to ensure works are carried out according to approved plans and requirements.
  • Interpret and review interior design and architectural drawings and plans.
  • Manage project handovers upon completion and follow up with clients on any outstanding matters.
  • Maintain good communication and working relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors and relevant stakeholders.
  • Travel overseas when required for project-related activities.
  • Perform other project-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant local working experience in project management, project coordination or a related field.
  • Candidates with experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Project Management or a related discipline are preferred.
  • Able to interpret architectural and interior design plans and drawings.
  • Familiar with relevant building, construction and workplace safety regulations.
  • Strong project coordination, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple project requirements.
  • Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel overseas when required.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on and responsible project professional who is able to coordinate multiple stakeholders, resolve site issues promptly and ensure projects progress smoothly from commencement through to completion and handover.
