Job Summary

Manage quantity surveying tasks including measurement, valuation, and claims submission to support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately measure and quantify materials and work progress to support project cost control
  • Perform pre-tender and post-tender administrative tasks to ensure smooth tendering processes
  • Manage, measure, and value work completed on site to maintain accurate project records and budgets
  • Prepare and submit claims to clients to secure timely payments and resolve contract matters

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction.
  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
