Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team to enhance channel growth and sales performance through strategic account management and innovative business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key account relationships and drive sales growth within assigned channels.
  • Develop and align annual business plans and strategies to meet channel KPIs.
  • Conduct joint business planning sessions and regular reviews with key customers.
  • Oversee the allocation and effectiveness of advertising and promotion funds.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement category and brand strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and assess trade promotions, including pricing and promotional offers.
  • Facilitate new product listings and manage related promotional activities.
  • Monitor distribution and product range extensions to foster category growth.
  • Regularly review retailers' planograms to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure effective store coverage and displays.
  • Drive best-in-class execution within the trade.
  • Formulate and implement new business development strategies to expand market reach.
  • Prepare promotional plans to enter new market segments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably within leading multinational companies.
  • Familiarity with both Modern Trade and General Trade channels, with experience in managing key accounts and working with distributors.
  • Initiative and self-motivation are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and determination to excel in a challenging environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
