You’ve sold HDB or condo renovations in Singapore. You can win a homeowner’s trust, spot gaps in a quotation and turn a consultation into a signed project. You follow through without someone chasing you.

TrueReno is hiring a Senior Sales Interior Designer who wants more time selling, stronger support behind each proposal, and a route to building and leading a team.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

• Basic salary plus commission. S$2,500 monthly basic plus 15% of realised net project profit, with statutory CPF and paid leave for eligible employees. Clear calculations and collection-based payouts.

• Leads and appointment-setting support. Our marketing team generates homeowner enquiries and helps arrange consultations. You focus on the opportunities assigned to you, rather than funding your own ads.

• Design support behind your proposals. Work with our designers on layouts, visualisations and revisions. You don’t have to produce every drawing yourself.

• Focus on consultation and closing. Delivery partners handle routine site execution. Your responsibility is an accurate brief, clear commitments and a proper handover.

• Flexible hybrid working. Organise your consultations and work with flexibility, while staying available and responsive during agreed weekday hours and keeping appointments.

• Fast-track growth. Work directly with the founder, shape our sales process and earn greater responsibility as results and the business grow. There is room to develop into sales or team leadership; progression is based on performance, not just time served.

THE TECHNOLOGY YOU’LL WORK WITH

TrueReno is building a guided renovation platform for Singapore homeowners, bringing customer acquisition, design support and delivery partners into a shared workflow.

We have built a shared workspace for homeowner briefs, floor plans and design files, AI-assisted requirements and design-review tools, and internal measurement and quotation tools. These support your judgment: organise information, surface gaps and help prepare better-scoped proposals.

You’ll see the platform during the interview. We want your renovation experience to help improve it, not just someone to follow a script. This is an early-stage team where your contribution is visible and you can influence how we build.

WHO WE WANT

• Substantial hands-on Singapore residential renovation sales experience; around five years or more is a useful guide, with demonstrated results carrying more weight than tenure.

• An experienced sales interior designer, renovation consultant or sales team lead who still enjoys personally consulting and closing.

• Confidence discussing HDB/condo layouts, carpentry, renovation scope, quotation exclusions and realistic customer expectations.

• Evidence of your own results: what you sold, your role in closing it, how you protected margin and how you handled difficult situations.

• Ownership and reliability. You arrive on time, respond promptly, keep the CRM current and flag problems early without waiting to be chased.

• Comfort using a CRM, digital tools and feedback to improve your work. Coaching experience is a plus.

This is a role for someone who can own renovation sales conversations. It is not a drawing-only position or an entry-level sales training role. Applicants of all backgrounds are welcome.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Discovery calls, design consultations, quotation presentations, follow-up and closing. You’ll coordinate design input, check scope and pricing assumptions, set accurate expectations, and hand signed projects over cleanly. As you prove yourself, you can help coach others and improve the process.

EARNING EXAMPLE — NOT A GUARANTEE

If a S$50,000 project produces S$10,000 in realised net profit after partner and direct project costs, your 15% commission is S$1,500. Two such projects with all eligible profit realised and collected in a month would mean S$5,500 gross pay including the S$2,500 basic, before employee CPF and other statutory deductions.

Commission is based on realised net profit, not total contract value, and follows collection. Direct costs include items such as outsourced design and customer gifts. Lead volume, conversion and earnings are not guaranteed. The written offer sets out the complete terms.
