  • Work with PCB design houses and external partners to support characterization requirements.
  • Generate evaluation and qualification reports/presentations for internal and customer use.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to Marketing, Sales, and customers on signal‑integrity matters.
  • Lead R&D work in advanced electrical design technologies.
  • Develop guidelines to mitigate issues such as EMI, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and CFD in interconnect systems.
  • Work with customers on high‑speed serial I/O, backplane, board‑to‑board, and channel applications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in electrical/signal integrity design.
  • Strong understanding of electromagnetics.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Physics.
  • Experience designing and supporting high‑speed electrical interconnects.
  • Hands‑on experience with CAD/CAE tools such as HFSS, CST, FDTD tools, MoM tools, Sigrity PowerSI, ADS, and Cadence.
  • Experience correlating simulation results with lab measurements using oscilloscopes, TDRs, and VNAs.
  • Ability to script/automate analysis flows.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
