Job Title: Senior Site Quantity Surveyor (ID6006) Department / Project Location: Seletar Project / Future Projects Salary Range: $4,500 – $6,400 / month Working Hour：Monday- Friday : 8:30am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee contract administration, subcontracts, and client progress claims. • Source subcontractors and suppliers, evaluate quotations, and manage procurement processes within budget. • Prepare and submit monthly client progress claims; evaluate subcontractor payment claims and prepare payment vouchers. • Manage variation orders, measure site changes, and prepare cost impact assessments. • Monitor project expenditure, forecast potential cost overruns, and advise the Project Manager on financial status. • Prepare and negotiate the settlement of final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
