Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team dedicated to empowering youth through development programs and mentorship. This role is ideal for those passionate about making a positive impact on young lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise, and implement programmes facilitating holistic youth development.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships, serving as a mentor to youth.
  • Provide individual support and guidance to assist youth in overcoming challenges.
  • Facilitate group discussions, workshops, and activities on health, education, and life skills.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address youth needs.
  • Maintain accurate case records in compliance with organisational policies.
  • Engage with the community to understand local youth interests.
  • Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
  • Stay updated on trends and issues affecting young people.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or Youth Work.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience working with youths.
  • Previous experience in a similar role with young people.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate youths from diverse backgrounds.
  • Good understanding of the challenges faced by young people today.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
