Key Objectives:

Act as a Trusted Technical Advisor to Clients Build strong relationships with stakeholders by applying consultative methods, guiding decision-making across modern data management, cyber resilience, and cloud integration.

Ensure High-Quality Delivery and Customer Satisfaction Proactively manage technical risks, collaborate across project teams, and provide timely documentation and progress reporting to ensure each engagement meets customer expectations and internal standards.

How you will make an impact:

  • Engage with customers to assess and understand their current data and information management landscape.
  • Design and implement solutions across Modern Data Protection, Multi-Cloud, Archive & Compliance, Disaster Recovery, as well as Operational and Cyber Resilience.
  • Install and configure Commvault hardware and software based on technical and business requirements.
  • Validate customer readiness by confirming all technical pre-requisites are in place.
  • Perform data migrations and agent configurations across databases, hypervisors, and application stacks.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with internal support and development teams.
  • Provide daily updates and risk/issue escalation to project manager(s) and the relevant stakeholders.
  • Document all implementation activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and as-built documentation.
  • Stay current with emerging best practices in data protection, cyber resiliency and cloud delivery.
  • Collaborate with regional Technical Architects on global client engagements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the full project lifecycle.

What you will bring:

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues simply and clearly.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in a regional language (e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Bahasa) is highly regarded.

Technical Expertise:

  • 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS projects, ideally in Professional Services (PS) or System Integration (SI) environments.
  • Hands-on experience in enterprise backup and recovery software, ideally with Commvault (Professional or Master-level certifications preferred).
  • Strong understanding of networking, storage systems, and Linux OS administration.
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP, iSCSI, SCSI, and Fibre Channel technologies.
  • Proficiency in protecting cloud services such as Microsoft 365, Oracle, SAP HANA, and major public clouds (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of object storage, data archive/search, as well as virtualisation and container platforms (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes).
  • Ability and experience to script in Linux and automate routine tasks (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation) for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
