Job Summary

As a Funeral Service Advisor, you will guide families through afterlife planning and funeral arrangements with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their needs are met with clear information and supportive coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Meet families to assess their needs, preferences, and requirements for afterlife services
  • Provide transparent pricing and arrangement details to clients
  • Guide clients through the planning process with empathy and professionalism to ensure a supportive experience
  • Coordinate effectively with operations team to deliver seamless service
  • Follow up with clients to maintain and nurture long-term relationships
  • Build and expand a professional client network to grow business opportunities
