Job Requirements

  • Previous F&B experience; experience in a bakery, patisserie or specialty coffee establishment is an advantage.
  • A team player who is willing to support across all areas of the café.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Responsible, motivated and positive, with a genuine interest in hospitality.
  • Well-presented, attentive and committed to maintaining high standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operation of the café, including opening and closing duties.
  • Provide warm, attentive and efficient customer service.
  • Assist customers with product recommendations and enquiries.
  • Take and manage dine-in, takeaway, corporate and delivery orders.
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Prepare hot and cold beverages.
  • Handle cashiering and sales transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented café.
  • Monitor front-of-house and operational supplies and coordinate with suppliers when required.
  • Support the wider team across daily café operations.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who takes pride in hospitality, quality and attention to detail.

You should enjoy working with people, have a genuine appreciation for pastry and food, and be willing to take ownership of your role as part of a professional and quality-driven team.
