工作职责

  • 负责顾客接待、点餐、上菜及餐桌服务。
  • 为顾客提供友善、专业及及时的服务。
  • 熟悉菜单、菜品及促销活动，并向顾客提供相关介绍。
  • 负责餐桌整理、清洁及门店基本卫生工作。
  • 协助收银、结账及处理顾客付款。
  • 及时处理顾客的咨询、意见及投诉，并向主管汇报。
  • 协助补充餐具、饮料及其他日常用品。
  • 遵守公司食品安全、卫生及操作流程。
  • 配合厨房及其他部门，确保门店日常运营顺畅。
  • 完成主管安排的其他工作。

任职要求

  • 无经验者可培训，有 F&B 服务经验者优先。
  • 工作认真、积极、有责任心。
  • 具备良好的沟通能力及服务意识。
  • 能适应快节奏的 F&B 工作环境。
  • 愿意配合轮班、周末及公共假期工作。
  • 有团队合作精神，服从工作安排。
  • 能够保持良好的个人卫生及仪容仪表。
