  • ACID BAR PTE. LTD. has been operating for 16 years at Emerald Hill, Orchard Road. It offers two seating areas: alfresco for people-watching and an intimate indoor space with live music ambiance.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Taking beverage orders and serving them to guests on a timely manner
  • Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and any special offers
  • Pick-up food orders from kitchen and communicate to the chef regarding any special preferences or allergy
  • Accurately process and collect payments from guests
  • Clear tables and prepare for service for the next guests
  • Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas
  • Always take responsibility for ensuring a positive guest experience
  • Comfortable working in a non-Halal environment
  • Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as requested by Supervisors or Managers

Required competencies and certifications

  • Past server experience to perform customer service tasks
  • Ability to work on a shift basis, 5 days per week, to meet operational needs
  • Foods Safety & Hygiene certificate (if applicable)
